Privacy Policy

1. Compliance with PIPEDA

AAM complies with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applies the Ten Fair Information Principles, which include:

Accountability – AAM is responsible for personal information under its control.

Identifying Purposes – We explain why data is collected and how it will be used.

Consent – We require Clients to confirm that individuals whose data is provided have consented where legally required.

Limiting Collection – We only collect data necessary for marketing and automation purposes.

Limiting Use, Disclosure, and Retention – Data is only used to deliver services and is retained only as long as necessary.

Accuracy – We rely on Clients to provide accurate and up-to-date data.

Safeguards – We use reasonable security measures to protect information from loss, misuse, or unauthorized access.

Openness – Our Privacy Policy explains how information is managed.

Individual Access – Clients may request access to information held about them.

Challenging Compliance – Privacy concerns may be addressed through our designated Privacy Officer.

2. Information We Collect

AAM may collect:

Business contact details (emails, phone numbers, addresses).

Marketing assets provided by Clients (logos, brand materials).

Customer lead data provided or generated through campaigns (names, phone numbers, emails, booking responses).

3. How We Use Information

Information is used solely for:

Delivering and optimizing marketing campaigns.

Automating lead follow-ups and scheduling.

Providing analytics and reporting.

We do not sell, rent, or trade client data under any circumstances.

4. Data Security

We apply commercially reasonable safeguards, including encryption, secure storage, and restricted access. However, no system is 100% secure. Clients provide data at their own risk and remain responsible for secure handling within their own systems.

5. Data Sharing

Information may be shared with:

Third-party platforms (e.g., scheduling software, CRM systems) strictly to deliver services.

Legal or regulatory authorities if required by law.

AAM is not responsible for data breaches or misuse occurring within third-party platforms.

6. Data Retention

Data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the service agreement or as required by law.

Upon termination of services, data will be securely deleted or returned to the Client, unless retention is required by law.

7. Client Data Ownership

All leads, customer lists, and related data provided by the Client remain the exclusive property of the Client. AAM only processes such data for contracted services.
